Gyo-za

Miho and I made lots of Gyoza some days ago. Gyoza is Chinese dish. The most Japanese likes Gyoza. We absolutely like it too of course. We used to make Gyoza when we lived in Japan. If we live in Japan, it’s easy to cook Gyoza on the table and eat, because we could prepare specific pan for cooking Gyoza on the table. If you ask me how come you need to cook Gyoza on the table, I would answer that the best way to eat Gyoza is to eat as soon as possible you can after fried. But now unfortunately we can’t ready to the pan or something like that in New Zealand. So I hit on we bring our chair to kitchen in order to having hottest one. After that we can cook and eat same time.
Anyway, it’s easy to prepare ingredients to make Gyoza for us. Because, we live in near a Chinese market. We can buy everything there. A cabbage, leek, mince and ginger….
Fortunately, we could take some bottle of sale price beer that day. That’s called KING FISHER made from India. We used to drink it when we traveled around in India.
Finally, we enjoyed having Gyoza in the kitchen with Indians beer! (Kosuke)
